We want you to be happy with the service and hope you will stay with us as a valued member. We only exist because of the support of our members and we will do everything we can to ensure we deliver a good service.
This document explains what you can expect from us and what we in turn expect from you.

The gungelads members website is operated by hK Alt Media ltd, 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, England, HA4 7AE.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with
these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree
with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Personal Details
As part of the registration process we do record your email and username and also your IP address. We do not hold any details regarding your credit / debit card payment. These are stored securely by our payment provider Verotel who complies with the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Should you decide to use the “My Favourites” feature, we will store this information on our server.

Subscription Payments
Once you have subscribed to our membership site, your card will be billed immediately for the amount specified on the sign up page. It is possible that your credit card company / bank may also apply a small surcharge (eg. A currency exchange surcharge). We have no control over this nor do we benefit from this.
The charge to your card will show up as vtsup.com*HK ALT MED
Once the transaction has been approved by Verotel (usually within seconds) you will be given 30 days access to the site which will either then renew or expire depending on the option you choose at sign up.
Should we decide to change the price we charge for the membership, then we will inform you of this by email at least fifteen days prior to the price increasing.
Cancelling Your Membership
If you sign up for a recurring membership, you are fully entitled to cancel this at anytime by clicking on “Billing Suport” to be taken to our payment provider. You can also find a link to this on an email from Card Billing Solutions (Verotel), that you will of recieved after payment. Canceling your membership will stop you from been charged again and you will cease to have access to members site after your billing cycle ends.
Membership Content
By signing up to our service you are indicating that
You are an adult in your community and are at least 18 years old (21 in some communities);
You wish to view guys getting messy and naked in all kinds of food and slime;
You will not expose minors to the content you are about to view;
You believe that adult nudity is not offensive or obscene;
Adult nudity is not deemed to be obscene or illegal in your community and you wish to view such material;
You will use the material available on this website for your own personal use and will not sell, distribute, give or make available the content on this website to anyone. You will take the appropriate steps in order to make sure no minor is able to view the content available on this site;
The site will be updated at least twice a month. During the time your account is active you will be able to stream any of the video content currently available on the website. Our videos are delivered using a Content Delivery Network which, in theory, provides “unlimited” streaming. However to ensure all members receive a good streaming experience we reserve the right to limit access to any member who uses an excessive amount of bandwidth.
Passwords & Security
Once you have signed up for an account you will be automatically logged in. Passwords and user names must not shared with anyone else. Sharing passwords will jeopardise future production of new videos and will therefore reduce your overall enjoyment of the membership site.
Also sharing your password will give anyone you share with access to your payment details.
Anyone found trying to hack the site, will have their account immediately terminated.
Only one device logged in at any one time
Although members can stream content on all kinds of devices, such as PC, Mac, Tablets & Mobile Phones we only allow one device to be logged in at any one time. So to switch devices, simply log out of the device you no longer need and then logon to your new device.
Lock Out Technology
This site does use sophisticated technology to identify when passwords have been shared. If sharing is detected then the person who is using the shared password will be locked out of the website. In addition the person who shared the password will also be locked out of the system.
Should you believe that our system has made an error and you wish to continue with your membership you must contact technical support through our help desk and explain the reasons why you believe the error has been made.
We will be reasonable in renewing access in genuine cases of error.
Streaming Issues
We recommend at least a 1.5Mbit connection (for High Quality Video) although there is also the option to steam in LQ, which can also help you save bandwidth if you are using a metered connection.
Support
If you need technical support or need to contact us, then please use the “help desk”, which can be found in the account section.
Down Time
From time to time it may be necessary to take the site offline for maintenance. We will endeavour to keep this down time to a maximum of 24 hours, unless it is a major outage that is outside of our control.
Members experiencing downtime of over 24 hrs will be compensated by having their membership extended for the time they have lost.
Refunds
If your having a problem with the site then please contact us, via the help desk. If the site has been down for more than 24 hours we are happy to extend the membership (at no cost to you), at our discretion, to cover any time you have lost.
Refunds will only be granted after you provide a full explanation as to why you arn’t able to use the site. Please contact us via the helpdesk. Any refund granted will be limited to a maximum of one months subscription fee.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing may be reproduced or reprinted in whole or in part without written permission from hK alt Media ltd. The reposting or retransmission of any graphical materials on these web pages to other websites or bulletin board systems is strictly prohibited. All photos and films are posed by models over the age of 18 at the time of photography or filming.
All "lads" were 18+ years of age at the time of filming.
