What devices can I stream on?

Gungelads videos can be streamed on Iphone, Ipads, Android Phones, Android Tablets, PC’s and Macs. If you are having difficulties streaming you can always opt to stream in LQ.

Where is your server based?

All around the world, were using a CDN (content delivery network) to deliver the videos. That way you can be sure that you’ll get a good connection no matter where in the world you are!

Are there any additional charges on top of the monthly charge?

Not from us! If your accessing the videos over a mobile or metered connection then you could incur extra charges from your service provider.

What will my card be billed as on my statement?

Don’t worry their will be no mention of gungelads on your statement. Your statement will show a charge to Verotel , which is the processing company we use.

I having a problem with the website, what should I do?

Sometimes a simple refresh of the page (especially if your on a mobile connection) can sort issues. Also check you have the latest updated version of the browser you are using. If your still having an issue contact us by clicking on account and then selecting our help desk. We will get back to you in 24-48 hrs.
